Due to its role in human health ARTEN PHARMA operates a high level of Quality assurance.

Our customers’ requirements are covered with our key personnel involved in the warehousing of medical products which have the ability and experience to guarantee that the pharmaceuticals are properly stored and handled according to Good Distribution Practice conditions. In general, personnel are constantly trained in relation to the duties assigned to them, aiming to attain improved performance, enhance commitment to quality, and encourage creativity and teamwork.

In practice, our quality system guarantees that the right products are delivered to the right addresses within a satisfactory time period thus minimizing the need for corrective action and remedial measures.

We have strong relations with the manufacturers and their marketing partners, and we only buy directly from the manufacturers or their marketing partners. This is our unbreakable company policy which guarantees the quality of purchasing. With the fully automated computer systems each drug is followed by their batch numbers, from purchasing (and storing) to shipping.

Our warehouse present monitored storage and registered temperature and humidity. According to the needs, logistics can be run under directed temperature: +2°C, +8°C or ambient. Temperatures of all dedicated rooms are secured and controlled.

The records are at the disposal, even with data loggers after dispatch. Settled and controlled temperatures of our facility is organized and functions to assure drug integrity and safety.
